| ABOUT ME |
| In 1999, I graduated from Emerson College with a B.A. in Communication, where I studied film/tv. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Los Angeles and worked as an associate producer in Hollywood's entertainment industry. After four years in L.A., I returned to my home in Massachusetts and pursued my love for photography. I graduated from the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University in 2007. That year, I shot my very first wedding and fell in love with the art of wedding photography. Today, I operate my business from my Framingham home and specialize in wedding and portrait photography. Creating amazing images not only comes from my formal photography training and technical expertise, but also through my own personal experiences like the day I married my best friend, Ryan, and the birth of my first child, James…and of course all of the little moments in between. I think my own experiences have allowed me to really connect with each one of my clients. I can remember the butterflies I felt when I slipped into my wedding gown, how tight my father held my hand when he walked me down the aisle and how my soon-to-be husband first looked at me when I met him at the altar. Three years later, when my son was born, I knew how amazing it felt to look into his eyes for the very first time, what it is like to love something more than you could ever possibly imagine and also how my heart floods with warmth every time I put his little fingers to my lips. Good news! These moments can be captured. Every time I snap the shutter, I photograph an image that I would want to have myself, which helps me achieve the best possible product -- an image that is not only technically sound but also makes you feel something in your heart every time you look at it. I hope I have the opportunity to create some incredible images for you and your family. (Member of PPA, Professional Photographers of America & WPPI, Wedding & Portrait Photographers International.) |
